Cape Mendocino Quakes, Jan. 30

More shaking at CapeMendocino in Northern California where two fault lines that run parallel with the Oregon Coast begin. According to the U.S. Geological Survey, a 4.3-magnitude quake was recorded at 11:13 a.m. Thursday morning, Jan. 29, 40-miles south to southwest of Eureka, CA. That quake was followed by a 3.0-magnitude shaker at 11:47 a.m., in the same location. Two other quakes were recorded near Lakeview in South Central Oregon. A 3.6 and a 2.8.
