CB Design Assistance Team, Dec. 17

The City of Coos Bay Design Assistance Team will meet on Thursday, Dec. 17, noon, City Hall Conference Room, 500 Central Ave. Agenda: 1. Design Approval for Canopy and Awning – 262 Central Ave., The applicant is proposing to replace a recently removed canopy on existing concrete columns abutting the building on Central Avenue with a wood-framed canopy with a metal roof. The project also includes an awning of the same material/design over the access door on North 3rd St, in lieu of a canopy. The project may include the removal of some of the concrete columns. 2. Façade Improvement Grant Pre-Application – 333 S. 4th St. The project includes stucco wall repair at upper floor, replace storefront entry, stone veneer restoration, exterior lighting, adding gutters/downspouts, fascia trim repair/replacement, rood deck repair and the removal/replacement of all windows.
