The Coos Bay Fire Department picks up Christmas trees in early January, typically on the first weekend of the year. Please watch for an announcement from City Hall, then place your tree on the curb for pickup on the appropriate day. The tree should be clear of all decorations, especially anything metal or plastic. Collected trees will be converted to mulch by Les’ Sanitation or repurposed by the Oregon Department of Fish and Wildlife.
