Broadway, Pueblo, “restaurant walk out,” 23-year old Andrew Boen arrested on CCSO warrant charging Failure to Appear on charge of PCS Meth, and NBPD warrant charging FTA PCS Meth, additional charge of Theft III. And, 21-year old Catrina Rose Ouderkirk cited for Theft III. Boen transported to the Coos Co. Jail at Coquille.
