According to an entry on the CBPD log for Nov. 2, 9:26 a.m., 230 E. Johnson Ave., Safeway, “subject previously trespassed is back in the store,” 40-year old Bevallin Daniel Lee Cordova charged with Criminal Trespass I and Theft III, “Cordova cited in lieu of custody.”
