Six underage minors were cited for MIP by Consumption following a report of an “MIP Party” within the student housing at Willapa Bay, Southwestern Oregon Community College Friday, April 6, 11:39 p.m. According to an entry on the Coos Bay Police log, the six ranged in age from 18 to 20.
