According to an entry on the Coos Bay Police log for Monday, Aug. 21, 8:43 p.m., Fillmore & Pacific, “from traffic stop,” 44-year old John Brackn arrested on CCSO warrant charging Felon in Possession of a Restricted Weapon & Failure to Carry & Present DL, and State Parole Board warrant charging Parole Violation. Also cited for DWS – Violation, Driving Uninsured, Failure of Previous Violator to File, Failure to Register Vehicle, Altered License Plate & Failure to Yield to Emergency Vehicle. Transported to the Coos Co. Jail at Coquille.
