Bayshore Dr., “suicidal subject,” 69-year old Joel Reday arrested on two CBPD warrants charging Failure to Appear on Menacing & two-counts Disorderly Conduct II and FTA on Criminal Citation. Transported to the Coos Co. Jail at Coquille.
