According to an entry on the Coos Bay Police log for Saturday, Sept. 16, 10:20 p.m., Devereux Center, “warrant service,” 35-year old Justin Roth arrested on CBPD warrant charging Unauthorized Entry of Motor Vehicle & Theft II. Also, CCSO warrant charging Attempt to Commit Class C Felony.
DUII/Bike
According to an entry on the Coos Bay Police log for Saturday, Sept. 16, 6:46 p.m., 4-0- block W. Commercial Ave., “out with intoxicated subject on bike,” 44-year old Ray Neese Jr. charged with DUII (Bike), “released on citation.”

According to an entry on the Coos Bay Police log for Saturday, Sept. 16, 4:52 p.m., Nancy Devereux Center, “located wanted subject,” 24-year old Leonard Duane Foreman Jr., arrested on CBPD warrant charging Failure to Appear on Attempt to Commit A Class C – Unclassified Felony, Assault IV, Possession of Methamphetamine and Theft III. Transported to the Coos Co. Jail at Coquille.
