Warrant/Contempt Court
CCSO news release. On January 30th, 2018 at 12:25 am, deputies responded to 64748 Wygant Road, Coos Bay, Coos County, Oregon to attempt to serve two separate warrants on 46-year old June A. Tabernig, Coos Bay. Deputies contacted June A. Tabernig at her residence where she was taken into custody without issue. June A. Tabernig was transported to the Coos County Jail and booked on both warrants. Both warrants were charging Contempt of Court. June A. Tabernig’s bail was set at $15,000.00. Tabernig was later released on her own recognizance.
Warrant/Charleston
On January 29th, 2018 at 9:24 pm, deputies responded to the Seaport RV Park at 63301 Boat Basin Road, Coos Bay, Coos County, Oregon, for a report of criminal mischief with Bryana A. Huckabee as the suspect. As deputies were nearing the Seaport RV Park, they observed Bryana A. Huckabee walking northbound on Cape Arago Highway. As soon as Bryana A. Huckabee saw the Coos County Sheriff’s Office marked patrol vehicle, she turned around and began walking southbound. Deputies contacted 24-year old Bryana A. Huckabee, Coos Bay, inside the Old General Store. The Coos County Sheriff’s Office Dispatch Center advised deputies Bryana A. Huckabee had an active warrant out for her arrest out of Linn County. After an investigation it was determined no Criminal Mischief had occurred. Bryana A. Huckabee was taken into custody on the warrant only. Bryana A. Huckabee was transported to the Coos County Jail without issue. Bryana A. Huckabee was booked on a Linn County warrant charging Minor in Possession of Alcohol. Bryana A. Huckabee’s bail was set at $5,000.00. Bryana A. Huckabee was later released on her own recognizance.
