Warrant Service
Old Wagon Rd., CCSO release – At approximately 0613 hours, a red Pontiac was discovered parked near the corner of Old Wagon Road and Coos-Sumner Lane. The vehicle appeared to have a dog inside, but upon further inspection two individuals were located sleeping in the vehicle as well. The male passenger in the vehicle identified himself as 26 year old Nathan Peak. Sheriff’s Deputies were notified by Dispatch that Nathan had an active warrant out of Marion County for Failure to Appear. At approximately 0623 hours, Nathan was taken into Custody without incident. Nathan was transported to the Coos County Jail where he was booked and lodged on the Marion County warrant.
