Criminal Mischief
Lakeside, CCSO release – On Wednesday October 3rd, 2018 at approximately 9:20 PM Deputies responded to a reported fight in the alley between North 8th and North 9th Roads in Lakeside. While in route to the scene Brian Allison 54 of Lakeside called 911 drunk stating that he was going to kill a man, and chop him up with an axe. A Coos County Deputy arrived in the area and located Derik Roberts 38 of Lakeside alone in the alley. Derik’s RV had been heavily damaged on the side, and most of his belongings were strewn through the alley. The Deputy asked Derik what happened, and was told Brian had attacked the RV, and threatened Derik with an axe before returning to an address on North 9th Rd. The Deputy searched the area, and located Brian standing on the side of North 9th. Brian was taken into custody without incident by the Deputy. The axe in question found a few feet from where Brian was arrested. Through the investigation it was discovered that Brian had caused approximately $1,300.00 in damage to Derik’s RV. Brian was taken to the Coos County Jail where he was lodged on the charges of Criminal Mischief in the first degree, Menacing, and Unlawful Use of a Weapon. Brian’s blood alcohol level was approximately 0.15, and he was lodged on $60,000.00 bail.
