Warrant Service, Seven Devils Rd.
CCSO release – On 09/22/21 at approximately 09:37 a.m. a Coos County Sheriff’s Deputy contacted a vehicle and two men who were blocking a logging spur road near Seven Devils Road near milepost 13. The men were identified as 42 year old Christopher R. Judge and 58 year old Roland S. Boughner, both of Coos Bay. A records check was conducted revealing both men had an outstanding warrant for their arrest, respectively. Both men were arrested on their outstanding warrants and transported to the Coos County Jail. The vehicle was moved and the spur road was cleared for the logging operation.
DUII, Hwy. 101
CCSO release – On 09/20/21 at approximately 01:28 a.m. the Coos County Sheriff’s Office along with Millington Fire were alerted to a crash on U.S. Hwy 101 near milepost 243. It was further reported the crash occurred in a construction zone and at least one vehicle was on fire. Millington Fire responded and extinguished the vehicle fire. A Deputy responded and spoke with the operator of the single vehicle crash, 34 year old Andrew R. Devillers of Bandon. After an investigation Mr. Devillers was placed under arrest on the charge of DUII and Criminal Mischief I to a hwy. electronic directional device. Mr. Devillers was transported to the Coos County Jail where he was later released on citation.
