On February 17th, 2024, around 9:13 pm, Coos County Dispatch received a 911 call for a domestic dispute on North Bay Road in North Bend. Deputies S. Starr and H. Francis responded to the residence to investigate. While en route to the residence, the caller called back and reported that the suspect, Tony Weaver (21), had come out of the residence with a rifle before returning to the home. Upon arriving at the residence, Deputies began a thorough investigation. It was learned that Mr. Weaver and his girlfriend lived in the same residence as the reporting party. Mr. Weaver exited the residence when directed to do so and was detained in the back of a patrol vehicle. Deputies continued their investigation which revealed that Mr. Weaver had become heavily intoxicated before he returned home. When he arrived at the residence a verbal argument started which resulted in him grabbing two different firearms in an attempt to intimidate the other occupants of the home. The two firearms, a 20-gauge shotgun and a .22 revolver were seized as evidence. The revolver was empty while the shotgun was loaded with one shell chambered. Mr. Weaver was arrested for two counts of Domestic Menacing and two counts of Unlawful use of a Weapon. Mr. Weaver was transported to the Coos County Jail where he was booked, processed, and remains in custody.

Soliciting Prostitution
CCSO release – Date/Time: February 17th, 2024; Case #: 202400004002; Classification: Soliciting Prostitution; Location: Coos County; Suspect(s): Travis Feazel (41); Summary: Coos County Man Receives Citation for Soliciting Prostitution. On February 17th, 2024, Coos County Dispatch received a report of a minor child who received an explicit photo of a male requesting to meet with an adult female for services. It was learned that the minor child had recently gotten the phone from their mother, who had previously posted the associated phone number on a website for escort services. After contacting multiple agencies, the Coos County Sheriff’s Office was able to track the phone number to Travis Feazel (41), of North Bend. Mr. Feazel was contacted and issued a Criminal Citation for Soliciting Prostitution. The guardians of the minor child were contacted and advised of the investigation and informed that the telephone number was previously listed on an escort service website. It was recommended to either get rid of the phone or to change the phone number with their service provider.
