Menacing in Charleston
Kingfisher Rd., CCSO release – On 09/05/19 at approximately 1:15 pm a Coos County Sheriff’s Deputy responded to the Portside Restaurant located at 63383 Kingfisher Road to a report of a disturbance which occurred the day prior. During an investigation, 27 year old Sasha E. Dolan of Coos Bay was identified as the suspect. After searching the area Mrs. Dolan was located and arrested on charges stemming form the incident on Sep 4th at the Portside Restaurant. Charges are: Unlawful Use of A Weapon, Menacing, Harassment, Unlawful Possession of Methamphetamine, Unlawful Possession of Heroin, and Criminal Trespass II. Mrs. Dolan was also arrested on several outstanding warrants for her arrest from multiple police agencies. Mrs. Dolan was transported to the Coos County Jail where she is being held without bail.

Trespassing at the Beach
Bastendorff Beach South Jetty, CCSO release – On August 6th, 2019, at approximately 12:52 AM, Deputies observed a red Dodge pick-up truck in the South Jetty parking lot of Bastendorff beach. All of Bastendorff beach is a “Day Use Only” area. Deputies contacted the male and female occupants of the Dodge pick-up truck. Deputies explained that they were trespassing and requested their documentation. After identifying the male driver, the female passenger was refusing to identify herself to the Deputies. After advising the female passenger that they were being detained for the crime of Criminal Trespass, the female passenger verbally identified herself as 31 year old Ashlee A. Warden. Deputies ran both occupants through the local and national database. It was learned that Warden had an active warrant for unlawful Possession of Controlled Substances (PCS). Warden was placed into custody and transported to Coos County Jail without further incident. Warden was released to Jail staff and booked on the warrant.
