Central Coast Burglars Arrested, Aug. 25

On August 20th, 2014 at 8:15 PM deputies with the Lincoln County Sheriff’s Office responded to a reported burglary in progress at a vacation condo in the 1100 block of N. Hwy 101 in Depoe Bay. Deputies arrived to find an adult female being restrained by an adult male inside one of the condos. The investigation revealed that Rhonna Loman, 58 years of age, from Fresno California had entered the condo unlawfully and used items inside. Loman was also found to be in possession of suspected methamphetamine paraphernalia and Hydrocodone. Deputies located a stolen vehicle, out of Fresno California, in the condo parking lot which was later linked to Loman. Loman was arrested and lodged at the Lincoln County Jail on charges of Burglary in the first degree, Theft in the second degree, Unlawful Possession of Methamphetamine, Unlawful Possession of Hydrocodone and Possession of Stolen Vehicle. Her bail was set at $272,500. During the investigation Jeanette Anderson, 48 years of age, of Depoe Bay arrived on scene and was identified by condo employees as being involved in a burglary at the same condo on August 12, 2014. A second investigation linked Anderson to that burglary. Deputies recovered stolen property from the burglary on August 12th in Anderson’s possession. Anderson was lodged at the Lincoln County jail on charges of Burglary in the first degree and Theft in the second degree. Her bail was set at $165,000.
