Central Coast Fake ID update, Sept. 19

On September 16, 2014, at approximately 8:00 AM, Lincoln County Sheriff’s Detectives received information from the Oregon State Police Identification Services Section that the fingerprints submitted belonging to “Stanhope, Quentin” were those of: Beaudoin, Gerard Marcel Joseph II, 60 years of age. Detectives were then notified that Beaudoin had two outstanding felony warrants, both for Forgery, issued in 2004. The warrants were from Jefferson Parish, Louisiana and New Orleans, Louisiana. Beaudoin was subsequently charged while at the Lincoln County Jail with two counts of Fugitive. Law enforcement officials in Louisiana have been notified and at this time extradition has been requested. The Lincoln County Sheriff’s Office is asking that persons or businesses who believe they are victims of a crime involving Beaudoin, AKA Stanhope, or Q-Tax & Bookkeeping Service are asked to report the activity to their local law enforcement agency.
