The Lincoln County Sheriff’s Office and Toledo Police Department will begin delivering prescription medications to residents in their respective service areas. This service is being initiated by both agencies in an effort to reduce the chance of COVID-19 exposure to our most vulnerable populations. The Sheriff’s Office will deliver medications Monday through Friday. The Toledo Police Department will deliver medications Thursday through Saturday. Any residents who are part of a vulnerable population may contact the Lincoln County Call Center to set up the service. We ask residents to please follow these simple steps: -Contact your local pharmacy, order the prescription, and let them know law enforcement will be picking it up. -Prepay for the prescription either online or over the phone. -Contact the Lincoln County Call Center at (541) 265-0621 to answer screening questions. Callers will need to provide their name, address, phone number, date of birth, and pharmacy name. The person on the prescription must be at the drop-off address and present valid identification to receive the prescription. Anyone participating in the service will also need to wear a mask and stay six feet away from the officer or deputy dropping the medication off. There is no fee for this service.
