Coast Guard Sector North Bend has a new commander. Captain Michael Mullen relieved Captain Michael Trimpert Friday during a Change of Command Ceremony. Coast Guard Sector North Bend is responsible for an area from the California border to Pacific City, north of Lincoln City on the Central Oregon Coast.
