Charleston Complex FY 2014/15 Draft Budget Customer Feedback Notice, April 22

The Oregon International Port of Coos Bay is drafting its proposed budget for the 2014/15 fiscal year, which begins July 1, 2014. Before Port staff submits the draft budget to the Budget Committee for review and approval, Port staff would like feedback from Charleston marina and shipyard customers regarding the draft budget and proposed rate adjustments.  Port staff will provide a presentation related to budget elements and the proposed rate adjustments. After the presentation, an interactive discussion will be held where customers may provide comments and ask questions.  Charleston Customer Feedback Sessions are scheduled for:  DATE: Tuesday, April 22, 2014; TIME: 11:30 a.m. – 1:00 p.m. and 4:30 p.m. – 6:00 p.m.; LOCATION: Charleston Marina RV Park, Recreation Room, 63402 Kingfisher Road, Charleston.  Pursuant to Oregon’s Local Budget Law, printed information related to the proposed budget will not be distributed until after the first Budget Committee Meeting scheduled April 30, 2014.
