ODOT: Monday, 6:32 p.m., SW Oregon: Oregon Highway 540 (Cape Arago Hwy.) has reopened five miles north of Cape Arago after ODOT crews were able to lock the Charleston Drawbridge into place for safe crossing by vehicles following a malfunction.
