Southwestern Oregon Community College’s Community Education Department will be offering the course “Choices for Life” HS*0571*65 – Minor In Possession Course. In this course, students learn how the choices they make today will affect their future. Topics they will become educated about: • Self awareness; • The drug and alcohol addiction process; • The impact of their behavior. Instructor: Shelly McCarthy. Dates: 1/13/16 through 3/2/16; Day: Wednesday; Time: 6:00pm-8:00pm; Cost: $100 (Payable at the time of registration). Student’s must register prior to the first day of class at the Community Education & Workforce Development office on the Coos Campus of Southwestern Oregon Community College, 1988 Newmark Ave., Coos Bay, Dellwood Hall, Room 16.
