The South Coast Running Club’s annual Circle the Bay Run is set for Saturday, Aug. 12 around the Coos Bay Estuary. The course is a 30K (18.6-miles). Individuals as well as teams will challenge each other with the race starting at 8 a.m. Walkers will start at 6:30 a.m. The run will begin at Ferry Road Park in North Bend, proceed south through the Coos Bay Waterfront and then over the Isthmus Slough Bride to Eastside and out the Coos River Hwy.
