It was a Civil War sweep for the Oregon women against Oregon State this year. The Ducks won the annual basketball battle Friday in Eugene 76-74, then completed the weekend with a 66-57 win in Corvallis Sunday. Oregon (7-1, 17-2) plays at Utah on Thursday, Jan. 30, 7 p.m., Pac-12 Networks. Oregon State (4-4, 16-4) is at Colorado Thursday, 5 p.m., and at Utah Saturday, 11 a.m., both on the Pac-12 Networks.
