UO release – ESPN’s “College GameDay” pregame show will originate from Eugene on Oct. 22, before the Ducks host UCLA in Autzen Stadium that afternoon. Oregon and UCLA will kick off Saturday at 12:30 p.m. The game will be televised by FOX or FS1. Both the Ducks and Bruins enter the game after bye weeks. UCLA (6-0) was ranked No. 11 in the most recent Associated Press top 25, one spot ahead of the Ducks (5-1), who are riding a five-game winning streak. “College GameDay” will make its 11th all-time appearance in Eugene, and its first since 2018. The Ducks are 7-3 in the 10 previous games, beginning with a 29-10 win over UCLA on Sept. 23, 2000. Oregon has made 27 previous appearances in games from which “College GameDay” originated, going 16-11 on those games. The Ducks’ first appearance also was against the Bruins, on the road in 1998. “College GameDay” was on site at the Rose Bowl last season when the Ducks beat the Bruins, 34-31. More details on this week’s event will be published as they become available.
