The Committee for Family Forestlands will meet Thursday, June 13 from 9 a.m. to 3 p.m. in Salem. The meeting will be in the Santiam Room of Building D on the campus of the Oregon Department of Forestry, 2600 State Street. Among updates the committee will receive are ones about: 2019 fire season outlook; Values and Beliefs Survey from the Oregon Forest Resources Institute (OFRI); Review of draft rules for wildlife food plots; Farm and Forest Report; 2019-2020 work plan; Annual report review. The meeting is open to the public. Public comments will be accepted near the start of the meeting after approval of the minutes. The meeting space is accessible to persons with disabilities.
