The Confederated Tribes of Grand Ronde invites veterans, their families, and all to join them for the Annual Veterans Powwow on July 7, from 8 a.m.-6 p.m. There will also be a Veteran Summit & Resource Fair that day from 10 a.m.-4 p.m. The annual powwow and fair will take place at the Uyxat Powwow Grounds (9600 S.W. Hebo Road, Grand Ronde, OR 97347). The Oregon Department of Veterans’ Affairs will also have a table at the fair with information for veterans along with staff on-site to answer questions and have discussions for those wanting to learn more. All veterans are invited to join for a day of gathering, healing, and connection. Come learn about various benefits and resources. Enjoy lunch and connect with others!
