In observance of the holiday season Coos Art Museum will be closed on the following days: Friday, December 25, Saturday, December 26 and Friday, January 1 and Saturday January 2. Current exhibitions at the Museum run from December 11, 2015 through February 6, 2016. Among these exhibitions are: the From Here to There, an exhibition of fine art printmaking by the artists of Print Arts Northwest; Coos Art Museum Staff Art Show; Laughing Cauldrons vessel constructions by Joyce Spicer the winner of last year’s CAM Biennial; Musical Instruments @ CAM eleven Oregon artists exhibit musical instruments and demonstrate their approach to the art, science and craft of instrument building; Cigar Box Guitars an exhibition of hand-made guitars by the Fifth Grade class at Sunset Middle School; and Selections from the Museum’s Rental/Sales Gallery.
