The City of Coos Bay is doing something different this Christmas. Oh the decorations have been going up on the City streets, but on Monday, a Public Works crew hoisted and located a 30-foot green fir that now stands at the Visitor’s Center between the two Hwy. 101 corridors through downtown. It will be part of the Downtown Association’s kickoff to the Holiday Season.
