Public Comments; 2. Election of Officers; a. Chair; b. Vice-Chair; c. Secretary; 3. Consent Calendar; a. Approval of the minutes of October 18, 2016; b. Acceptance of the October Combined Cash Report; 4. New Urban Renewal Business; 5.
