City of Coos Bay release – Coos Bay Farmers Market Calls for Vendors: The Coos Bay Farmers Market will be kicking off the 2019 Season on Wednesday, May 1 and organizers are putting the call out for vendors applications for the 2019 season. The Coos Bay Downtown Association’s Farmers Market is located on Central Avenue and will be held every Wednesday, May through October from 9 a.m. to 2 p.m. The Coos Bay Farmers Market features over 60 vendors and provides the community with fresh locally grown produce, eggs, honey, meat, baked goods, roasted coffee, flowers, body care products, handmade craft items, ready-to-eat food and much more. This popular weekly event strives to bring high quality, Oregon-produced items in the historic downtown atmosphere neighboring Highway 101.
