Coos Bay Firefighters will be picking up Christmas trees that are located within the City limits of Coos Bay on Saturday, January 4, 2014. Firefighters ask that you place your tree next to the curb by 8:00 a.m. on January 4th. The Coos Bay Fire Department is asking for a canned food donation for the removal of your tree. This year the canned food donations will be given to the Salvation Army. There is no need to call the Fire Department because firefighters will check all streets located within the City limits.
