Jail served CBPD warrant on 49-year old Tracy Phillips charging three-counts of Identity Theft, three-counts of Forgery in the First Degree and three-counts of Attempted Theft in the First Degree. Lodged in the county jail.

Assault
According to an entry on the Coos Bay Police log for Monday, Nov. 30, 10:40 a.m., 100 block N. 8th St., “assault with vehicle,” 22-year female reported it, and 25-year old male listed as victim.
