According to an entry on the Coos Bay Police log for Sunday, Dec. 29, 3:39 p.m., 2051 Newmark Ave., Walmart, 40-year old Misty Carol Werner cited for Theft III, and 58-year old Darrell Thomas Werner arrested on Medford PD warrant charging Failure to Appear on original charge of Coercion, two-counts of Assault IV and Harassment. Additional charge of Violation of No Contact Release Agreement.
Littering
According to an entry on the Coos Bay Police log for Sunday, Dec. 29, 3:01 p.m., 700 block So. Broadway, “out with subject littering.” Forty-seven year old Stephen Eric Soja charged with two-counts of Offensive Littering and Probation Violation. Transported to the Coos Co. Jail at Coquille.
