According to an entry on the Coos Bay Police log for Tuesday, Feb. 18, 5:24 p.m., 149 So. 7th St., McKay’s, “shoplifter – has CCSO warrant.” Twenty-two year old Ryan J. Stover charged with Probation Violation and transported to the Coos Co. Jail at Coquille.
