According to an entry on the Coos Bay Police log for Tuesday, June 9, 4:36 p.m., 2051 Newmark Ave., Walmart, 34-year old Jason Penland arrested on warrant charging Probation Violation – Possession Meth, and Probation Violation – Failure to Appear I. Also, 32-year old Joni Kay Ringen arrested on two-counts of ID Theft, two-counts Criminal Possession Forged Instrument, Theft II and Theft III.
