Baxter St., Coquille, CCSO, “P&P & CCJ out with wanted subject,” 37-year old Melinda Hagen arrested on three CBPD warrants charging Failure to Appear on original charge of ID Theft, Fraudulent Use of Credit Card, Theft II and UEMV, also Failure to Appear I and two-counts of Failure to Appear I.
