We will have snacks and a variety of games from the library’s collection to choose from, or attendees are welcome to bring a game to share. SWOCC Planetarium at Coos Bay Fire Department, Saturday, January 27 at Coos Bay Fire Department No. 1, 10:00am – 12:00pm. Experience a planetarium at the Coos Bay Fire Department (450 Elrod)! Go on a voyage to distant worlds and learn about our solar system in a special planetarium show developed by the Casper Planetarium. NASA Solar System Ambassadors Dr. Aaron Coyner and Krystal Hopper Meyers from SWOCC will be on-hand to answer questions and interpret the presentation. This all-ages event is free and does not require pre-registration. Puzzle-Off – Saturday, January 27 in the Myrtlewood Room, 1:00pm – 3:00pm. Compete head-to-head to complete a puzzle in groups of four! Snacks and beverages will be provided for all and the winning team will receive a prize. Up to six teams of four people will compete.
