Here comes the “Big One.” The Coos Co. Fair begins Tuesday with opening ceremonies at 10 a.m. at the Fairgrounds in Myrtle Point. The annual event began in1912 and is one of the oldest Fairs in Oregon. This year’s theme is “American Pride, County Wide.” There is live music each day, 4H displays, carnivalat noon each day. The Rodeo is Friday & Saturday, the Parade Saturday morning, and 4H Livestock Auction Saturday.
