Seven Devils Disturbance
News release from the Coos Co. Sheriff’s Office. “On 02-03-2014 at about 1904 hours, Coos County Sheriff’s Deputies and Bandon Police Department responded to a residence on Seven Devils Road, north of Bandon Oregon to a report of a disturbance going on there. Upon arriving officers detained an intoxicated male who was creating the disturbance and was identified as 54 year old Charles D. Knaus of Bandon. During the investigation Deputies learned that Mr. Knaus was an invited guest at the home, but after becoming intoxicated started creating a disturbance at the gathering which caused the homeowners to call 911. Mr. Knaus was arrested for Criminal Mischief II for damaging property of the homeowner during the disturbance and Harassment after he engaged in offensive contact with the homeowner and the other guests in the home. Mr. Knaus was taken to the Coos county jail and lodged. None of the other guest was injured during the disturbance.”
