Domestic Assault
News release from the Coos Co. Sheriff’s Office. “On 2-14-14, approximately 0149 hrs Coos County Sheriff’s Deputies responded to and investigated a report of an assault which had occurred at 51540 Sandy Creek Rd., near Remote, Oregon, east of Myrtle Point. Investigation revealed that following a verbal argument, 26 year old Toby J. Vance Jr. of Myrtle Point struck his girlfriend, 25 year old Brianna E. Solinger in the mouth which resulted in breaking her tooth and giving her a swollen lip. Ms. Solinger refused medical treatment at the time of this investigation and Mr. Vance Jr. was arrested for Assault IV Domestic and transported to the Coos County Jail where he was held on $10,000 Bail.”
Domestic Assault
News release from the Coos Co. Sheriff’s Office. “On 11 March, 2014 at about 8:20 PM a Coos County Sheriff’s Deputy and a Myrtle Point Police Officer responded to a report of a domestic assault which had occurred at a residence located at 50983 Dement Creek which is located in the Broadbent area, south of Myrtle Point, Oregon. Investigation indicated that a physical altercation had occurred between Kaytlin Hurt, age 21, of Broadbent and her boyfriend who lived at the same address, 22 year old Justin Gomez. Mr. Gomez received injuries as a result of the assault. Ms. Hurt was arrested and transported to the Coos County Jail where she was charged with Assault IV – Domestic. Neither of the involved persons requested or required medical attention.”
Domestic Assault
News release from the Coos Co. Sheriff’s Office. “On 02-03-2014 @ about 1345 hours, the Coos County Sheriff’s Office responded to a residence on Pansy Road, southwest of Coos Bay, after receiving a 911 call of a fight in progress. During the investigation deputies determined that William S. Sandusky, age 37 had initiated and escalated an argument with his parents at their Pansy Road address. It was reported that during the argument with his parents, William threw various household objects at the outside of the home and at his father, Richard Sandusky. He also struck his mother Vicki in the head, knocking her to the ground. None of the parties required medical attention at the scene. William Sandusky was arrested and transported to the Coos County Jail where he was lodged without incident. He was charged with Assault 4 (Domestic) and Disorderly Conduct.”
