Criminal Trespass
News release from the Coos Co. Sheriff’s Office. “On 02-05-2014 at 2125 hours, residents of 90738 Hollywood Lane, Coos Bay called 911 to report unknown subjects attempting to break into the residence. The residents stated the subjects were kicking on the front door and attempting to break a window to gain entry. Upon arriving at the residence, Sheriff’s Deputies contacted 2 subjects that were fairly intoxicated. They were identified as Danny Ray Odell, 24 years of age, a transient and 23 year old North Bend resident, George Stonesiefer. Following an investigation Danny Odell was arrested and taken into custody for Disorderly Conduct, Criminal Trespass, and Resisting Arrest. He was transported to the Coos County Jail and booked.”
