Disorderly Conduct
News release from the Coos Co. Sheriff’s Office. On January 3, 2016, at about 1616 hours Coos County Sheriff’s Deputies were dispatched to the area of Cape Arago Highway and Seven Devils Road, south of Coos Bay, Oregon in response to a report of a female stopping traffic and yelling in the roadway. Upon arrival, Deputies contacted Victoria Ramsey who was intoxicated. Deputies found Ms. Ramsey in the middle of the roadway, stopping traffic and yelling at a nearby residence. It was additionally found that Victoria Ramsey had struck a vehicle which she had stopped while in the road and had cracked the windshield causing damage. The vehicle belonged to Jennifer Mannshardt of Coos Bay. As a result, Victoria Ramsey was arrested for Criminal Mischief II and Disorderly Conduct II. It was further found that Ms. Ramsey had outstanding warrants from the Coos County Sheriff’s Office for her arrest for Criminal Mischief II and Disorderly Conduct II. Ramsey was transported to the Coos County Jail where she was lodged on the new charges and for the active warrant.
