Guest Speaker: Nicole Malloy, Owner/Chocolatier, Coastal Mist Fine Chocolates and Desserts in Bandon; Lecture Program: Chocolate! Tuesday – November 5, 2019; 6:30 pm – 7:30pm; Admission is Free for Coos History Museum Members, or $7.00 for Non-Members. The Coos History Museum will welcome Nicole Malloy for the November First Tuesday Talks Lecture Series on November 5, 2019. Malloy will share a look into the history of chocolate and its evolution into what we see and eat today, as well as a look into the process of chocolate production, from bean to the finished product that you see at the store. Nicole has been working in the food industry for 16 years, with 12 of those being focused specifically on chocolate and pastry. She is partner and pastry sous chef at Coastal Mist Chocolate Boutique in Bandon. The museum exhibits and the museum store will also be open during the lecture until 7:30 pm.
