Coos History Museum to Host First Tuesday Talks Lecture Series in September, Sept. 3

Guest Speakers: Samantha Clayburn, Master Gardener/Master Food Preserver Education Program and Elissa Wells, 4-H Youth Development County Leader; Lecture Program: Master Gardening, Youth Development, Community Service: OSU Extension! Tuesday – September 3, 2019, 6:30 pm – 7:30pm Admission is Free for Coos History Museum Members, or $7.00 for Non-Members. The Coos History Museum will welcome two guest speakers for the September First Tuesday Talks Lecture Series. Samantha Clayburn, Master Gardner/Master Food Preserver Education Program, and Elissa Wells, 4-H Youth Development County Leader, will present an overview of OSU Extension. The Lecture, titled “Master Gardening, Youth Development, Community Service: OSU Extension!” will feature the services provided (which includes the Master Gardener program), as well as the history of the Extension. The museum exhibits and the museum store will also be open during the lecture until 7:30 pm. The First Tuesday Talk Lecture Series is sponsored by the Al Peirce Co., LLC. with additional support from The Mill Casino.
