PCS Methamphetamine, Endangering Welfare Minor
News Release from SCINT.  “On 11/22/13 Detectives from SCINT along with CBPD, DHS and Coquille tribal Police K9 conducted a consent search at, 965 1st Coos Bay, the home of CRAIG HIBDON & JAMI BOYER.  As a result of that search detectives located, over a gram of methamphetamine, methamphetamine pipe, methamphetamine ingestion device, bindles with meth residue and less than an ounce of marijuana and marijuana pipe.  As a result of this search Hibdon and Boyer will be referred the District Attorney’s Office for charges. Assault
News release from the Coos Co. Sheriff’s Office.  “On 11 December, 2013 at about 7:00 pm, a Coos County Sheriff’s Deputy responded to a report of an assault that had occurred inside of a residence along Cape Arago Highway, Coos Bay.  An investigation indicated Darin Stuhlmiller, 48 years old, had assaulted his wife, 49 year old Valerie Stuhlmiller at that residence earlier that evening.  An Officer from the Confederated Tribal Police assisted the Coos County Deputy in arresting Mr. Stuhlmiller.  Mr Stuhlmiller was taken into custody on a charge of Assault IV (Domestic) and for an outstanding warrant from Coos County for Contempt of Court.”

Endangering Welfare of a Minor
News release from the Coos Co. Sheriff’s Office.  “On December 11, 2013, at about 2311 hours, Coos County Sheriff’s Deputies were dispatched to Bay Area Hospital in response to a report of a possible assault victim there.  After arriving and contacting the victim, a 14 year old female, it was learned that an assault had not occurred.  After interviewing the victim it was learned that she had gone to the hospital after feeling sick from smoking marijuana with a friend earlier in the night.  Through the investigation it was learned that 19 year old Jeffrey Decker of Coos Bay had unlawfully given two fourteen year old females and an eighteen year old female marijuana.  Mr. Decker was subsequently contacted at his residence in Coos Bay and arrested for three counts of Unlawful Delivery of a Schedule II Controlled Substance and two counts of Endangering the Welfare of a Minor.  Mr. Decker was transported to the Coos County Jail where he was booked and remanded to the care of the Coos County Jail.”

K-9 Assist
News release from the Coos Co. Sheriff’s Office.  “On 12/12/13 at approximately 09:36 hours K-9 Neeko from the Coos County Sheriff’s Office was called by the Bandon Police Department to assist in locating a wanted subject who had ran from a traffic stop.  After a dog track Neeko located Justin D. Perry 36, YOA of Bandon, hiding in heavy brush near Hwy 101.  Mr. Perry was arrested on the charge of Probation Violation and less than on ounce of marijuana was seized from the scene.  Mr. Perry was transported to the Coos County Jail where he is being held without bail.”
