According to an entry on the Coquille Police log for Monday, Dec. 14, 7:56 p.m., Hwy. 42 & Hwy. 42S, CQPD arrested 30-year old Justin R. Ivy on Dept. of Corrections warrant charging Parole Violation Sale of Fentanyl. Transported to the Coos Co. Jail at Coquille.
