According to an entry on the Coquille Police log for Tuesday, June 10, 12:57 p.m., 200 block Hwy. 42, “traffic stop,” 48-year old Rachel Bell arrested on Jackson Co. warrant charging Failure to Appear on charge of Interfering with Officer, Harassment and Disorderly Conduct II. Additionally charged with Resisting Arrest. Thirty-seven year old Travis C.S. McKinney arrested on charge of Failure to Carry & Present. Both transported to the Coos Co. Jail at Coquille.
