According to an entry on the Coquille Police log for Monday, Sept. 7, Hwy. 42 & Norway Fire Station, 46-year old Scott Richard Smith arrested on CCSO warrant charging Parole Violation on original charge of Possession of Meth, also charged with PCS Schedule I Meth & Tampering with Evidence.
