OHA release – At this point we are still seeing low COVID-19 transmission in Oregon, with a 2.4% test positivity rate (based on data reported during the week ending May 11)—its lowest point in nearly four years. For the same period, test positivity rate for influenza is 5.0%. The U.S. Food and Drug Administration’s (FDA) advisory committee will discuss recommendations for the next updated formula (2024-2025) of the COVID-19 vaccine June 5.
